Nickelodeon UK to show new Big Time Rush "Big Time Wedding" on March 2rd 2012

According to the official Nickelodeon UK website, nick.co.uk , NickUK will premiere the brand new Big Time Rush special on March 3rd 2012 at 5:30pm.

First Look of Victorious Season 3 coming in 2012!

According to the video below, Nickelodeon UK & Ireland will premiere new episodes of Supah Ninjas from January 13th 2012. It is believed there will be new episodes every Wednesday or else it will be a 3-day premiere week. The time and episodes are still unannounced.

Nickelodeon UK adds '2011 Review' blog on official website

On the official Nickelodeon UK website, nick.co.uk , NickUK launched a new 2011 Review Blog where you can vote for your favorite 2011 UK singer, TV show and more!

Nickelodeon UK announces bumper refresh to launch on on January 1st, 2012.

On November 1st 2011, Nickelodeon (UK & Ireland) released various new idents from the US. These included some with Nicktoons characters like SpongeBob and Dudley Puppy. These new idents included some bumpers from the Nickelodeon USA Rebrand 2011. There were many new idents added all that month.

On December 1st 2011, Nickelodeon (UK & Ireland) started using the Christmas branding which included the logo covered in Christmas lights and a video of the Nick stars (excluding Supah Ninjas) singing the Christmas carol 'Jingle Bells'. With the coming of the Christmas branding, all idents from November were forgotten and replaced by various videos of some Nick stars (including characters from the Nicktoons shows) wishing viewers a merry Christmas and a happy new year.

On December 8th 2011, Nickelodeon (UK & Ireland) announced on their official Twitter page (@NickelodeonUK) that she (the owner of the Nickelodeon UK Twitter page) had just got an exclusive sneak peek of the new bumpers for the Nickelodeon UK Rebrand 2012 which will be launched in January 2012. When asked about the bumpers, she replied saying that the production team were putting the final 'magical' touches to the bumpers. This rebrand will include the new bumpers from USA. It is part of the Nickelodeon Worldwide Rebrand 2012. It is the first country to receive the full rebrand. More info is expected to be released in the upcoming days. Nickelodeon (UK & Ireland) may also be changing from the picture format of 4:3 to 16:9.

On December 15th, 2011, Nickelodeon (UK & Ireland) revealed that these new style bumpers will be the style that Nickelodeon USA currently uses. These include the cast, with an (as described on the Twitter page) 'awesome' backdrop. Nickelodeon (UK & Ireland) also said that this is not a rebrand, more of a bumper refresh. These bumpers were first seen in the UK in October 7th, 2011, when they were accidentally used for Victorious and iCarly. Nickelodeon (UK & Ireland) still haven't announced if these new bumpers will be in 16:9 picture format or if theses bumpers will have a VoiceOver saying if the show is either next, now, you're watching or now back to. The exact date is still unknown. It will be launched when the Christmas branding ends which is believed to be on January 1st 2012. More info will be announced in the upcoming days.

On December 22nd 2011, the logo with the new style backdrop was used in a promo for new True Jackson VP.
